Every time Mark mentions the Uighers (first mention on pg 17), take a drink.
Every time Mark says Waziristan, take a drink.
Every time he breaks into a show tune or parody thereof, take two drinks.
When you complete the book, check yourself into The Betty for a nice relaxing recovery.
Most of these places could be permanently closed and no one would notice
Mark is more than in tune with the plight of the Uighers. Uigher Wednesday has been a favorite of mine for far too many years. Just think, this man is doing the jobs that American pundits won’t do.
I’m about half way through After America now myself. I like your list so fat. How about taking a drink everytime Mark mentions Planet Zongo? Or Good King Barack?
