The story is the same all over. A shiny modern hospital gets built near the wealthy(defined by a local AFL-CIO thug as those earning more than $35,000/year) while the ancient URBAN hospital gets transformed into a trauma center in the middle of gangland…where an ambulance will take me in an emergency.
