Our reservation system is like a Third World dictatorship, right down to the filthy, starving citizenry, but as usual, it’s not the fault of the generous First World donors. Billions of dollars are shoveled into Native reservations, housing, welfare and social programs, but none of it (Nunavut?) reaches the people. See also: Zimbabwe, Pakistan, North Korea et al.
There has to come a point somewhere along the way when we say ENOUGH! Time to let the people revolt against their leaders in order to fix the problem, because the top-down solution has failed.

It all starts on the local level. When voting fails, properly directed violence becomes necessary. Lets all hope for a peaceful resolution to a truly global problem.
