This corrupt outfit is tied to Obama, and programs of it's type spawned him, Van Jones and others. All those people will get jobs in the new massive Welfare System, or in some other tax-payer funded program. You can bet on it. These people DO NOT go without, and will raise hell if anyone messes with their check. I've worked for State and City governments and can assure you, that's how it will go down.
