Consider all the actual "working people" who will be losing their homes to eminent domain in the near future. The downtown Brooklyn basketball arena for the New Jersey Nets is a go. This project would never have gotten off the ground had the residents in the area been classified as "low income". Instead, those who took a rundown area and made it attractive, now will lose their homes to make way for a behemoth, "mixed income" housing and a couple hundred quota jobs.
