Think you could handle being me for a day?

Due to current health issues and various real-life inanities, I am unable to attend the Smart Girl Summit in Nashville this coming Friday. It’s a sold out event, with a waiting list of more than 100 people – male and female – hoping to get in.

So, Smart Girl Politics is auctioning off my ticket!

There’s a catch – you have to be a Brass Balls Radio Correspondent. That means calling in a few times throughout the summit to report on what’s going on, who’s there, and provide any interviews you can with the speakers. Speakers include Liz Cheney and Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn.

So here’s what you get:

  • Ticket to Smart Girl Summit
  • Smart Girl Politics swag bag
  • One Brass Balls Radio personalized “correspondent” mug
  • A guest spot on Brass Balls Radio

But wait, there’s more!

If the winning bid goes about $200, SGP will kick in a free ticket to their special private dinner with Michelle Malkin, and a copy of her new book, Culture of Corruption.

What are you waiting for? You know you wanna be me, even if it’s just for a day…

Click here to place a bid.

PS – I’m told there’s a bottle of El Grado Tequila waiting for me in Nashville. Yes, you can have that, too.

PPS – Bidding and attendance are NOT limited to girls or people who are particularly smart. We don’t discriminate.

Girl! You know I would if I could!!! (I do have vacation time coming…) This sound like it would be a blast. And I sure fit into that not girl not particularly smart slot. But alas, I got no money honey so I can’t go… but I would if I could. I do collect mugs you know. And diner with Malkin, not to mention getting her book for FREE (I love free, you know that!) would be a treat. I’d even send you the El Good’ol Tequila… if I could only go. But, story of my life… and I was just in Nashville a couple of weeks ago (and know a great place to stay). Somebody should snatch this op up quick!

Heck, I have a hard enough time being me on a daily basis. I don’t think I could hold up under the awesome responsibility of being you.

  3. Mickey says:

If you think marsha is a conservative, think again. (and you call yourself Smart Girl)?
Marsha Blackburn Voted FOR: Omnibus Appropriations, Special Education, Global AIDS Initiative, Job Training, Unemployment Benefits, Labor-HHS-Education Appropriations, Agriculture Appropriations, U.S.-Singapore Trade, U.S.-Chile Trade, Supplemental Spending for Iraq & Afghanistan, Prescription Drug Benefit, Child Nutrition Programs, Surface Transportation, Job Training and Worker Services, Agriculture Appropriations, Foreign Aid, Vocational/Technical Training, Supplemental Appropriations, UN “Reforms.” Patriot Act Reauthorization, CAFTA, Katrina Hurricane-relief Appropriations, Head Start Funding, Line-item Rescission, Oman Trade Agreement, Military Tribunals, Electronic Surveillance, Head Start Funding, COPS Funding, Funding the REAL ID Act (National ID), Foreign Intelligence Surveillance, Thought Crimes “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act, Peru Free Trade Agreement, Economic Stimulus, Farm Bill (Veto Override), Warrantless Searches, Employee Verification Program, Body Imaging Screening.

    Marsha Blackburn Voted AGAINST:

    Did Marsha vote conservatively?

  5. Big Al says:

I’m puzzled. Micky seems to think that supporting a lot of that isn’t being “conservative”. Conservatism by no means is a bury your head in the sand and don’t support a GD thing deal. Some of that almost everyone supports or supported, some not, but I don’t see much there that I’d rail against. In fact many of her for votes are for programs created or long suppoeted by conservatives. Many of her against votes are plain common sense votes, and while in “priciple” may not be ideal they were certainly understandable.

    • Right Girl says:

Don’t bother, Al. A quick web search shows that Mickey has left the same comment in many places. He either has a mental problem that manifests itself in hatred for Blackburn, or he is a stooge for the opposition. The latter, of course, does not rule out the former.

I was a bit baffled, but nothing much surprizes me any more. I’d suppose one could comb over anybodies voting record and come up with a disapointment or two, but even alpha will side with omega every now and again. I’m not overly familiar with Marsha Blackburn’s record, but that shes been vetted enough to be a speaker there tells me as much about her as to understand she’s not liberal enough to go all freaky about.

You still rock, by the way. Keep it up. Sorry you can’t make that event, you’d add a bunch to it I’m sure.

  7. mickey says:

Yes anyone can have bad votes, but these are BIG bad votes

  8. Mickey says:

And the GOP wonders why it is failing and people are leaving.
