		<description>Where are the practical applications of stem cell so far. Anyone know? I&#039;m not saying there are none nor am I saying there is no potential for them but for all the noise about stem cell research I was expecting to be able to grow an extra set of arms by now. I need at least that many. I even bought an extra keyboard in anticipation.</description>
