Catmeat Kinsella, who is paid by the Federal Liberal Party to make fun of Christians and Chinese, thinks Kathy Shaidle shouldn’t be on TVO’s Agenda with Steve Paikin. Because tax dollars go to fund it. Unlike say, the official opposition which is paid for with unicorn dollars, I suppose.

You see, Kathy is a raaaaciiiist because she unabashedly points out that Muslims want to kill us (they do) or that inner-city blacks have been turned into monsters because of a culture of low expectations on the part of do-gooder liberals like Kinsella (they have). But in Canada, truth is no defense, and people like Warren Kinsella seek to use the state to censor any opinion that differs from the establishment – in this case the Liberals/liberals. Even if the theater is on fire, you’d best keep your mouth shut and let the people burn. It’s more polite than raising your voice.

You may recall last summer, when Mark Steyn – under persecution by the Human Rights apparatus for an excerpt of America Alone which appeared in MacLean’s magazine – appeared on Paikin’s show. It was judged one of the best bits of Canadian television in history, and was put up for one of those paid-for-by-the-government-because-no-one-really-cares awards. Kathy, though far more mouthy than Steyn, has never been a subject of HRC scorn. At least not yet. But TVO had a bona fide hater on the air when they invited Steyn. Warren didn’t call for Paikin and TVO to denounce Steyn or uninvite him. Actually, at the time, Kinsella offered to debate Steyn himself, because his career was floundering an no one was paying attention to him – it would have been a great way for anyone to remember his name.

Canada’s establishment and media are liberal. That is a fact, and it is what it is. But that doesn’t mean that someone with a dissenting opinion should be quashed. Let them speak. Kathy is appearing on Paikin because she is a frequent go-to Catholic pundit. That’s her shtick. And in this case she’ll be talking about the “There probably is no God” bus ads. Sounds appropriate to me.

Once again, Warren “Richard Warman is the bravest man I know” Kinsella is fabricating scandal – with the help of his useful idiots – in order to get his name out there in a positive way and divert attention from his little “Chinese people eat cats” snafu. He is a spin doctor and anyone who falls for it and goes along with it is deluded if they think he’s doing it from an honest place. Warren Kinsella has no honest places. Too many years of politicking have worn his honest bits away. At the end of his life, all that will be left will be a stuffed dinosaur and a dead cat.
