Southeast Asia has terrible problems with human trafficking (see new documentary, "Call + Response"). This is a problem that the old school conservatives and the leftist illuminati should try to work together to fight; much like the AIDS epidemic, human trafficking is something that happens in developed and undeveloped countries. And in my mind, "marrying" a twelve year old girl fosters the kind of predatory sense of entitlement that trafficking does; and unfortunately, I doubt the two are unrelated.
