Canada’s white guilt has claimed another victim. Two guys hosted a community radio show, but the station decided they didn’t like their “tone”. Tone is what Mark Steyn was persecuted for.
Now, in the station’s defense, they are allowed to have whatever programming they want. It isn’t up to me or you to decide what best fits their mandate. However, the harsh reality is that the managers of the station would rather have 24 hours of hosts saying nothing at all, rather than saying anything remotely thought-provoking. This is the state of Canada today. People are paralyzed by their fear of offending. Might as well shut all the radio stations down and just play an endless loop of Barney singing “I love you, you love me…”

Nope, that wouldn’t work, either. A big, purple & green thing singing about loving everyone? The homosexuals would charge you with mocking them. I’m not sure if I’m kidding or not…
“Common sense tells us that nothing positive will come out of criticizing anyones personal beliefs”
This is the scariest thing in that whole exchange.
