And the murders? Blown out of proportion. It's all stats, really. The size of a city usually determines the crime rate, hence the bigger the city, the more crime (i.e. murders). With a city the size of New Orleans, the deaths attributed to crimes committed during the disaster weren't outside of it's "normal" range. As for the looting, that was also exaggerated. What looting DID occur was that of necessary foodstuffs and fresh water, which is legally allowable in certain situations. So, what you have written here is nothing more than a bigoted attempt to make yourself and your ethnicity appear more superior, and I (don't) regret to inform you that FAIL is my operative word for describing your writing.
