It <I>is</I> good that folks--within the community, whether once- or still--are bringing some of the responsibility home, because the outside can only extend so far. Unfortunately, no one can change what was, but we can surely try to alter what will. Note: Though we'll enver know for sure, I'm not so sure that sexual assault charge was so far off-base. Or, rather, it's not that hard to believe it could'ev been true. IMO, you can investigate many folks and unearth some dirt, so... But, yeah, definitely time that we take some responsibility for our own behavior. (Kinda like rioting: It would seem that the best way to do it would be to tear up business sectors or, at least, not your own community. Though I guess it's that "If we go over <I>there</I> and tear some sh** up, we'll definitely get shot; but if we stay over here and tear up our own, we should be okay" theory. A pretty good argument. God forbid anyone would suggest that perhaps the fatherless, rap-filled, drug-filled, violent black culture has anything to do with the fact that black under-achieve in our public schools. No no no no no no...we can't say this. Instead, we continue blaming "society" and now we put blacks back into a new type of ghetto. Way to go, Toronto.
