Where did facing the consequences of your actions go? Those with lower IQ's have a lot of resources at their disposal. Government programes are plentiful. Yes it may be frustrating to be below the norm in intelligence but that is no excuse to either shoot up the neighbourhood or to pop out progeny like chicklets. A comment like yours is a main part of the problem today. “It’s not my fault, I was . . . . .(insert excuse here)”
