I would think that the proper response would be to simply reply that your rights and personal reputation are not open for debate or scrutiny in a quasi-judicial tribunal. You do not recognize their authority to make reverse onus decisions in camera on these matters…please refer your complainant to either a crown attorney or a civil court filing clerk.
